Our PolicyPurple Rein custom makes all tack straight from the hide up, using only the finest English bridle leather. All cutting, measuring, pattern making, designing and sewing is done in our workshop. We do not buy any pre-made tack items and embellish them.
Any returns must be received within a SEVEN day time frame - no exceptions. Lost conchos can be replaced for a small fee. Purple Rein will replace any missing crystals - returns for lost crystals must be pre-approved. Please always check your screws for tightness before using your tack There are NO REFUNDS. Deposits are non-refundable as your deposit is used to purchase the necessary supplies to make your custom items. Purple Rein will always repair/ replace/ re-size when appropriate or credit towards a future purchase. All returns for repair must be pre-approved. Please allow a minimum 4 - 6 weeks, for your items to ship, wait may be longer during busier times. Turnaround time for your item will be given prior to completing your transaction. RUSH options are always available for an additional small cost. Safety Statement All Custom Tack products are carefully made to provide the highest quality and durability.
